Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions, selling pre-need and at-need services with a compassionate, consultative approach.

You will build a customer pipeline via inbound/outbound prospecting, meetings, and community outreach, while using HubSpot CRM to track leads and activities. A valid license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Must have valid driver's license and access to a vehicle; mileage reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, networking and outreach.
• Manage leads and activity through HubSpot CRM; respond to inquiries and follow up.
