Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is expanding its field sales team and seeks an Outside Sales Representative to own a local book of business. You will conduct in-home inspections, present customized foundation repair and water management solutions, and close deals with homeowners.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in in-home/consultative sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Build and maintain a book of business from warm leads.
• Educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
