Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and strong communication skills, plus the ability to prepare clear reports and engage in crisis situations calmly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and coach security staff on shift.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs clearly and timely.
• Knowledge of basic security procedures and crisis response.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, account manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
