Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Officer Security - Unarmed Electric Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift and coordinate security services at a client site. You will supervise staff, communicate with the site supervisor and account management, and ensure professional standards are upheld.

The role requires security and supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle crises calmly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be 21+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift.
• Coordinate the delivery of quality services at a client site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager.
• Utilize wireless technology on client sites.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
