Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift and ensure delivery of quality security services at the client site. You will coach, coordinate and discipline officers as needed, while acting as a liaison to the account management team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, crisis handling, and adherence to procedures with a focus on safety, professionalism, and reliable reporting on shift operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Valid Driver's License with driving experience and clean record for driving positions.
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
