Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed to oversee security operations for a high-profile client facility. You will manage a team, enforce post orders, and ensure safety and compliance on your shift. A strong emphasis on communication, reporting, and on-site leadership is required.

Required are a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and security experience. Preferred are an Associate’s degree or higher, and familiarity with EMS or incident response protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline preferred; military service or police experience considered.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience.
• Two years of verifiable work experience showing customer service, poise under pressure, and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding the performance of their duties.
• Cross-training officers to increase versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost reduction measures to management.
• Suggest improvements for security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security personnel on shift.
