Job summary

Allied Universal is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.

The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers, supervise staff, provide coaching, and ensure reports, safety procedures, and client expectations are met. Pay is $21.75 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at the client site.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
