Job summary

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or military/police background preferred.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable security experience with strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in reporting, communications, and use of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and oversee site staffing.
• Cross-train officers for versatility and efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost-saving measures to management.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain low overtime and ensure quality of service.
