Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed to oversee security operations for a high‑profile client on a designated shift. You will supervise officers, ensure post orders are followed, and uphold contract requirements while maintaining a safe, professional environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, customer service excellence, and solid knowledge of security best practices, with the ability to manage staffing, training, and incident reporting on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Associate’s degree or higher in any discipline; military or police service are acceptable.
• Minimum of two (2) years verifiable work experience demonstrating customer service, poise in emergencies, and report writing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; planning and organizing abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Problem solving and teamwork skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations for a high-profile client’s facility and campus.
• Supervise officers, ensure post orders and training are followed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and coordinate staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain contract compliance and inspect officer performance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Manage overtime to stay within defined limits.
• Foster professional customer service and incident-response excellence.
