Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed to oversee the security of a high-profile client’s facility and campus during a designated shift. You will deter criminal activity and enforce post orders, while guiding a team of security officers and ensuring contract compliance.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills, with responsibilities spanning staffing, training, and incident reporting. Pre-employment licensing may apply per state/local laws.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years of verifiable security or related experience preferred.
• Able to supervise, train, and evaluate staff and subordinate officers.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates on duties.
• Cross-train officers to increase versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for the security team.
• Ensure training and screening requirements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or as designated by Allied Universal.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
