Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed to oversee security for a high profile client’s facility and campus on a fixed shift. The role requires supervising security personnel, ensuring post orders are followed, conducting briefings, and responding to incidents with authorities as needed.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and proven security experience (two years minimum).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Associate’s degree or higher, or military service, or police cadets.
• Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating customer service and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage security personnel, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Conduct daily team briefings and debriefings with staff.
• Respond to security incidents and notify authorities and clients as needed.
• Monitor security systems and CCTV; conduct regular patrols.
• Ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Train security staff and oversee on-site training.
• Maintain staffing levels and scheduling for the shift.
• Keep overtime to a minimum and ensure contract compliance.
