Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Columbus, OH. You will monitor government and commercial properties, provide customer service, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

The role includes daytime/evening shifts, driving responsibilities, and reliance on access control and badge processing. A valid license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and transit patrons by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of property, transit areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances/exits and report suspicious activity with logs and shift communications.
