Badge and access-control experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check required by law and company policy.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and transit patrons by following security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of property, transit areas, interiors, parking facilities, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas; report suspicious activity, hazards, property damage, and policy violations.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining professionalism.
