Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a technology data center and follow site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns per escalation protocols.
• Patrol data center buildings, exterior areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor restricted access areas and document visitor activity per procedures.
• Prepare clear incident reports and share information with leadership and site contacts.
