Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include a valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screen as required by law.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the data center location, including exterior areas and perimeter points.
• Monitor and report unusual activity and facility conditions in line with site procedures.
• Assist with access control and interaction with visitors or contractors with accurate documentation.
