Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver Customer Service in Carleton, MI to protect client sites and support a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The role emphasizes visible patrols, customer service, incident response, and adherence to security procedures.

The position is full-time with a $17.00 per hour pay rate and a schedule Mon–Fri from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, requiring a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license per policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations; report hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials per site procedures; deter unauthorized entry.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications per requirements.
