Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include: valid driver’s license, badge experience preferred, customer service experience, comfortable with computer/tablet, CPR/First Aid preferred, age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the location including interiors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, deter unauthorized access with a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Document patrol observations and security concerns accurately per site requirements.
