Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and restricted areas; report concerns or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency protocols and document actions taken.
• Prepare daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs; communicate during shift handoffs.
