Allied Universal in Carleton, MI seeks a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol to safeguard clients across a range of sites, with a focus on access control and customer service. This full-time role involves daytime hours and a paid hourly rate.

The position requires a valid driver''s license, ability to use a computer or tablet, and selection processes including background checks and drug screening. CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors per site policies; respond to security-related needs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and report findings per procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, production spaces, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; report unusual activity.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs per site requirements.
