Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be performed as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers at a logistics location per site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking areas, and business perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor entry/exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify site contacts.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports in a timely manner.
