Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in San Francisco, CA. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include responding to security concerns, verifying credentials, and reporting incidents. Candidates should have CPR/First Aid training and a high school diploma, with background checks and drug screening per policy.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
