Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Credential Review in San Jose, CA. You will provide customer service, perform routine patrols, and support access control at a technology infrastructure site.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents and alarms, maintaining a professional presence, and documenting observations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at a technology infrastructure site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns with calm, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility, perimeter, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and document observations for site contacts.
• Complete activity reports and shift handoffs professionally.
