Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Must possess one or more of: Associate's degree or higher in any discipline, service in active-duty military/reserves/National Guard, service in auxiliary police or police cadets, or minimum one year verifiable security experience.
• Minimum of two years verifiable work experience demonstrating: Excellent customer service, poise under emergency, ability to understand and apply orders, and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
• Cross-training to increase versatility and site efficiency.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements to management.
• Recommend security surveys and post orders improvements.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for shift personnel.
• Ensure contract-mandated training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at or below designated levels.
• Inspect performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll review, incident reporting, and security surveys preparation.
