Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience in medical devices and customer service.
2–5 years of experience in medical devices and/or customer service relevant roles.
Ultrasound system service and repair experience preferred.
Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills; AI, Cloud computing, and PowerShell a plus.
Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Manage service projects and develop Product Service Concept and Plans.
Work hands-on with Ultrasound systems and hardware to evaluate serviceability, troubleshoot issues, and support product development activities.
Provide input to Engineering on new products to improve serviceability and diagnostic functions.
Define serviceability requirements and support their implementation within the Project team.
Evaluate product service lifecycle, test and validate service requirements and functions, and create technical documentation.
