Siemens Healthineers in Seattle, WA is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to service Diagnostics Equipment across the Seattle area. The level is determined by prior experience and includes installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.

You will train operators, manage territory performance, handle company assets, and build strong customer relationships while complying with fleet safety and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment; able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Engineer Tools).
• 3-5 years’ experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites; good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service Diagnostics Equipment in the Seattle area; installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Deliver training to operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance in territory; meet or exceed revenue, expense control, and inventory targets.
• Maintain company assets (vehicle, devices, tools, parts) and establish customer relationships.
• Perform administrative duties accurately; adhere to fleet safety and credentialing requirements.
