Job summary

The role collaborates with CNOs and operational leaders to maximize workforce efficiency using UKG Pro WFM and Clinical Scheduling Extensions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hospital staffing, scheduling, or labor analytics experience.
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM and CSE or comparable systems.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with system implementation and training.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling tool development, implementation, and optimization.
• Provide training, user support, and design reviews.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to improve system functionality.
• Assist in workforce analytics and reporting initiatives.
