Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years in hospital staffing and scheduling.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE) or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation and optimization of scheduling and staffing applications.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve labor productivity and staffing analytics.
• Travel up to 20% and pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
