Warehouse Specialists, Inc. in Appleton, WI is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll for 800+ team members across multiple companies. This hourly, in-office role reports to the Corporate Controller and emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration.

You will manage UKG payroll integration, wage assignments, garnishments, direct deposits, and payroll reporting. Prior UKG experience and strong system proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting a multi-company or complex environment.
• Working knowledge of payroll practices, requirements, and deadlines.
• Experience with UKG payroll is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Import timekeeping data and manage the integration between the timekeeping system and UKG payroll.
• Set up and maintain wage assignments and garnishments.
• Serve as the internal expert for UKG payroll and related systems.
• Administer direct deposits and pay cards.
• Research and resolve payroll integration questions, including those related to 401(k) and HSA contributions.
• Provide payroll data and reporting to support cost-plus customer contracts.
• Partner with Human Resources to establish and maintain payroll earnings and deduction codes.
