WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) is seeking a Payroll Specialist for an in-office role in Appleton, WI. The position handles payroll for 800+ team members across multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while collaborating across teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of payroll experience, familiarity with UKG payroll, and an associate degree is preferred. This hourly, full-time role reports to the Corporate Controller.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with UKG payroll is preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Import timekeeping data and manage integration with UKG payroll.
• Set up wage assignments and garnishments.
• Serve as internal expert for UKG payroll and related systems.
• Administer direct deposits and pay cards.
• Research and resolve payroll questions including 401(k) and HSA contributions.
• Provide payroll data and reporting to support contracts.
• Partner with HR to maintain payroll earnings and deduction codes.
