Improv is seeking a HCM Consultant Contractor to lead client-side implementation efforts focused on UKG Pro HCM and UKG Full Suite implementations. The role emphasizes self-direction, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The candidate will manage projects, configure workflows, develop reports, train clients, and nurture long-term relationships while upholding Improv’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing implementation role.
• UKG Pro certifications with payroll and configuration knowledge.
• Experience with complex, multi-entity implementations.
• Ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

This individual will be a key contributor to our team, delivering expert consulting services with a focus on UKG Pro HCM and UKG Full Suite Implementations. What You Will Do

Your Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• 3-5 years in a client-facing implementation role in a vendor or consultancy environment.
• Certifications in UKG Pro, with deep payroll and configuration knowledge
• Proven experience with complex, multi-entity implementations
• Demonstrated leadership of multiple, simultaneous implementation projects
• Hands-on experience in UKG Pro FULL Suite implementations.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
