Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a client-facing implementation role in a vendor or consultancy environment.
• Certifications in UKG Pro with payroll/configuration knowledge.
• Experience with complex, multi-entity implementations.
• Leadership of multiple simultaneous implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in UKG Pro Full Suite implementations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
