Improv is seeking a unique and experienced HCM Consultant Contractor to lead client-side UKG Pro HCM and UKG Full Suite implementations. You will drive end-to-end projects, manage timelines, and configure workflows while delivering tailored reports and client training.

The role emphasizes deep UKG Pro expertise, multiple concurrent projects, and strong client relationship development, with a focus on providing exceptional service within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a client-facing implementation role in a vendor or consultancy environment.
• Certifications in UKG Pro, with deep payroll and configuration knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in UKG Pro FULL Suite implementations.
• Demonstrated leadership of multiple, simultaneous implementation projects.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects as the primary client-side resource.
• Manage daily project activities and timelines to ensure successful HR and Payroll transitions.
• Configure system workflows to enhance functionality.
