Improv is seeking a HCM Consultant Contractor to lead client-side implementation efforts focused on UKG Pro HCM and UKG Full Suite implementations. The role emphasizes self-direction, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

The candidate will manage projects, configure workflows, develop reports, train clients, and nurture long-term relationships while upholding Improv’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing implementation role.
• UKG Pro certifications with payroll and configuration knowledge.
• Experience with complex, multi-entity implementations.
• Ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects as the primary client-side resource.
• Manage daily project activities and timelines to ensure HR and payroll transitions.
• Configure system workflows to enhance functionality.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in HCM technologies.
• Develop and deliver custom and templated reports.
• Provide tailored system training to clients.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through superior service.
