Senior Project Manager – UKG Pro Implementations

UKG is looking for a customer-focused Project Manager to lead implementations of UKG Pro Suite customers. In this role, you'll manage multiple implementation projects, partner with customers and internal teams, and help ensure successful, on-time deployments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and resource needs.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Set clear customer expectations and communicate project progress regularly.
• Manage scope changes and keep projects on track.
• Facilitate meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Hold project teams and customers accountable for key milestones and commitments.
• Navigate challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Experience managing projects with cross‑functional or virtual teams.
• Experience working with complex customer implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• SaaS implementation experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer consulting skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customer executives.
• Strong decision‑making, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience managing project risks, negotiations, and escalations.

The pay range for this position is $83,500 to $119,050. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
