Working with our Global Payroll and Workforce Management Team means you will be working with UKG's #1 Global System Integrator, which grew over 45% in 2023. We have completed over 150 successful UKG implementations, including some of the largest and most complex to date.

Work you'll do:
As a UKG Pro HCM Suite Implementation Solution Architect, your responsibilities include:
- Implementing UKG HCM Pro modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, HR Service Delivery, Compensation, and Performance, with a focus on solution architecture considering the technology stack and integrations.
- Working with top brands across healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries.
- Managing the full lifecycle of UKG HCM Pro projects or workstreams: Business Analysis, Technical Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare.
- Engaging with key client leaders to explain the architecture and integration points of UKG solutions.
- Gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and client meetings on integrations, development, and customizations.
- Designing work efforts and taking responsibility for deliverables.
- Proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Qualifications Required:
- 5-7 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, Talent functions, and supporting processes and technology.
- Technical experience with integrations, conversions, development, and customizations across UKG Pro modules.
- Experience in full lifecycle HCM projects: Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing.
- Ability to facilitate requirements workshops and meetings.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mature judgment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred:
- External consulting experience.
- Experience with other HRIS implementations.
- Experience with UKG technology stack.
The salary range for this role is estimated between $131,175 and $218,625, depending on experience and other factors. Additional incentives may be available.
