Job summary

Improv is seeking a skilled HCM Consultant Contractor to lead UKG Pro HCM and UKG Full Suite implementations on the client side in the United States. The role emphasizes self-drive, detail-orientation, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will manage end-to-end implementation projects, configure workflows, and develop reports, while building lasting client relationships and maintaining payroll proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a client-facing implementation role in a vendor or consultancy environment.
• Certifications in UKG Pro, with deep payroll and configuration knowledge.
• Proven experience with complex, multi-entity implementations.
• Demonstrated leadership of multiple, simultaneous implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in UKG Pro FULL Suite implementations.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects as the primary client-side resource.
• Manage daily project activities and timelines to ensure successful HR and Payroll transitions.
• Configure system workflows to enhance functionality.
