IGXGlobal is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow customer relationships and maximize margins across hardware, software, and services. You will quote opportunities, support orders, and collaborate with engineering on BOMs while driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive, service-driven mindset. A 4-year degree is preferred and experience in IT sales or support is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Research and quote sales opportunities for product and service sales, aiming for profitable margins.
• Assist with project opportunities, Run Rate Business, quoting, ordering, and post-order support.
• Coordinate with engineering for BOM design and validation; manage customer orders and ensure on-time delivery.
