Job summary

VOI is seeking a Head of Fleet Management (UK&I) to lead ~150 people across warehouses and field operations, reporting to the General Manager. This senior, hands-on role involves steering strategy, budget planning and cross-functional delivery to keep vehicles, facilities and equipment available and cost-efficient.

You will drive P&L performance, collaborate with UK&I leadership, recruit and develop leaders, and ensure a safe, scalable fleet operation as the business grows across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior operational role leading large, distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, or business.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, P&L and costs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of operational models including 3PL and workforce management.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience using AI to improve output quality in a role context.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Coach fleet managers and remove blockers to support success.
• Set standards for clear communication and prioritisation.
• Develop long-term fleet strategy, budgets and city plans.
• Own cost side of P&L and optimise city spend and KPIs.
• Plan capacity and recruit talent to meet SLAs at low cost.
• Own and optimise vehicles, facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with UK&I leadership and Central Operations for safety and compliance.
