Job summary

UVeye Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive field service operations across Fleet, Rental, and Dealership verticals.

You will own delivery strategy, manage a distributed field team, and ensure installations and maintenance meet strict SLAs while controlling costs. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, with a focus on data-driven decisions, capacity planning, and scalable processes across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience leading field service or technical operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage distributed Field Service Engineers.
• Experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities within assigned verticals (Fleet, Rental, Dealership).
• Oversee installation targets and maintenance scopes to ensure on-time completion and first-time right outcomes.
• Lead Sales-Operations interface by translating commitments into actionable operational plans.
• Manage Field Service Engineers and Coordinators to achieve high utilization and readiness.
• Oversee installation partners and vendors, monitoring cost, quality, and execution.
• Drive KPI/OKR achievement through proactive corrective actions and data-driven decisions.
