Job summary

Moove AV is seeking a Regional Operations & Performance leader to own depot KPIs, oversee AVOMs, and standardize processes as we scale to new markets. You will drive uptime, throughput, safety, and cost efficiency across multiple depots, while building leadership depth and managing vendor relationships.

You will lead a regional safety program, monitor performance, and ensure readiness for market launches. This role requires 8+ years in fleet or depot operations, and up to 50% travel in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, automotive service, or depot operations.
• Proven results on uptime, throughput, productivity, and cost per repair.
• Experience developing site-level managers and performance-managing those who miss expectations.
• Owned maintenance spend across multiple locations.
• Up to 50% travel across regional depots and launches, and legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own depot KPIs across the region: RO Capable % (96% target), offline time, technician productivity, PM compliance, and cost per repair.
• Run a weekly cadence with each AVOM and a monthly regional review against a shared scorecard.
• Serve as the regional escalation point for major client and partner issues.
