Thoughtworks is seeking a Director-level Market Lead to head our Data & AI practice in the UK & Ireland. This hybrid leadership role blends deep technical solutioning with commercial acumen, engaging with CDOs/CIOs/CFOs to shape a new AI-first delivery model.

You will lead a core team of 5–6 direct reports and a broader matrix of 50–75 people, aligning talent, staffing and delivery with growth in UKI. The role demands経験 in large-scale Data & AI deals and strong P&L ownership.

Formación

• 15+ years in data consulting with concentrated recent depth in productionizing AI, LLMs, and agentic systems.
• Experience shaping and selling large-scale Data & AI deals with outcome-linked or fixed-price models.
• Ability to manage £50–£75M TCV and £45–£50M ACV, driving margins and utilization.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage CXOs on ROI and business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercial success on complex Data & AI deals across UKI from opportunity to signed deal.
• Structure fixed-price and outcome-linked commercial models with attention to delivery cost, margin and risk.
• Partner with pre-sale and delivery leaders to align architecture, commercials and sector insight.
• Frame business-outcome hypotheses and define delivery slices that prove value quickly.
• Lead and mentor a matrix team of 50–75 practitioners across UKI.
