Job summary

Ramp seeks a dedicated Recruiter for GTM Expansion based in London to own UK full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships and Customer Success. You will map the UK market, identify top operators, and run a complete process from first conversation to offer close, partnering with both local and US leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting in a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of the UK tech talent market and a credible local network, or ability to build one quickly.
• Proven track record of finding and closing exceptional hires, not just running inherited processes.
• Excellent sourcing and research instincts with ability to articulate why a candidate is differentiated.
• Experience hiring across GTM functions (AEs, Sales Leadership, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success, RevOps).
• Strong closing judgment and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority UK GTM Expansion roles across Sales, Solutions, Partnerships and Customer Success.
• Build a sharp view of the UK market and future expansion markets with data-driven insights.
• Use research, data and AI to identify and qualify exceptional candidates with a market point of view.
• Deliver thoughtful, personalized outreach grounded in a candidate's background and business context.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders to define roles, process and compensation strategy; surface market truth early.
