Everlaw in Midtown Manhattan is seeking its first recruiter to lead full-cycle GTM hiring from NYC to DC and the UK. You’ll partner with sales and GTM leadership to build a high-performing, diverse pipeline and refine candidate experiences across key growth regions.

You’ll manage 6–10 active GTM requisitions in sales, BD, and customer success, designing tailored talent strategies and using data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven sourcing of GTM talent in-house or at an agency.
• Built proactive sourcing strategies for passive candidates across regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to drive structured, equitable hiring decisions.
• Analytical and able to tell stories with recruiting data.
• Hands-on with Greenhouse ATS and using AI to improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for 6–10 active GTM requisitions across sales, BD, and CS.
• Execute GTM acquisition strategy in NYC, DC, and the UK as Everlaw expands.
• Partner with executives and GTM leaders to tailor talent plans and role profiles.
• Develop region-specific top-of-funnel strategies and refine candidate experience.
• Build diverse pipelines via targeted outreach, referrals, and strategic sourcing.
• Design closing strategies and compensation recommendations for in-demand GTM hires.
• Leverage metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize interview processes.
• Deliver an exceptional, candidate-first interview experience.
