Kernel is hiring a GTM Recruiter in London to own hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Revenue Operations. You will work with the Head of Sales and founders to build a recruiting function, challenge briefs, and persuade top candidates to join the team.

You will recruit for AEs, SDRs, CSMs and GTM leaders, using AI tools to source hard-to-find talent, and you’ll create a scalable playbook with a strong focus on candidate experience in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifikationen

• 2–6 years of GTM recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting AEs, SDRs, CSMs or GTM leaders.
• Ability to assess quota attainment in context.
• Proficient with outbound sourcing and AI tools.

• Source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and close.
