Job summary

Ramp is hiring its first dedicated Recruiter for GTM Expansion, based in London, to map the market, identify top operators and run a full-cycle process that wins them. You will partner with local and US-based leaders to turn an ambitious growth plan into a real commercial team, from first conversation through offer close.

You will also help us build the recruiting approach and candidate networks for Ramp's expansion into new GTM markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting in a high-growth tech company.
• Strong knowledge of the UK tech talent market and a local network or ability to build one quickly.
• Track record of finding and closing exceptional people, beyond templates.
• Excellent sourcing and research instincts with evidence of differentiating candidates.
• Experience hiring across multiple GTM functions (AEs, Sales Leadership, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, CS, RevOps).
• Data-driven mindset and strong communication skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority GTM Expansion roles (UK-focused).
• Build a sharp view of the UK market and future expansion markets.
• Use research, data and AI to identify and qualify exceptional candidates.
• Personalised outreach based on candidate background and business context.
• Partner with GTM leaders to shape profiles, processes and compensation strategy.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact to offer close with clear updates.
• Build Ramp presence in London through relationships and targeted community activity.
• Collaborate with the wider GTM Recruiting team on calibration and rhythm.
• Capture and apply learnings from the UK to future markets.
