Ramp is hiring a Recruiter to own end-to-end GTM hiring, partnering with GTM leadership to translate ambitious hiring plans into real teams. You will map markets, identify top operators, and run a full-cycle process from outreach to close, leveraging AI for research and outreach to accelerate results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting in fast-growth startups.
• Track record of identifying strong talent and moving them through a process.
• Comfort using AI in day-to-day workflow (LLMs for research, outreach, summaries).
• Strong research instincts to articulate why a candidate is top decile.

Responsibilities

• Use AI and research to find top talent.
• Calibrate quickly and map the market for each search.
• Run thoughtful, personalized outreach and build a strong candidate experience.
• Own the full cycle from first outreach to offer close.
• Close candidates with competing offers and build conviction.
• Partner with GTM leaders and translate hiring plans into profiles.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience that is fair and fast.
• Suggest process improvements and help benchmark compensation.
