CONTAINEX, part of the WALTER GROUP, is seeking a Sales Manager for a defined UK territory. The role is home-based with extensive travel across the UK and occasional international trips. We offer a comprehensive onboarding programme at our Austrian headquarters and long-term career development through the WALTER ACADEMY.

You will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead negotiations to deliver tailored modular building solutions to a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or business-related education with good technical understanding.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to build rapport and influence.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage a sales territory from home.
• Commercially aware and driven to develop new opportunities.
• Experienced with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Willing to travel UK 50%+ and internationally occasionally.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring customers and distribution partners across your sales area.
• Build strong, long-term relationships while maintaining and developing existing accounts.
• Manage your sales territory independently, including planning and carrying out customer visits.
• Present our product portfolio and create customised modular building solutions for a wide range of customer requirements.
• Lead contract negotiations and guide customers through the full sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends, identify opportunities and contribute to regional sales strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver the best customer outcomes and participate in ongoing training.
