Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the United States (Ohio area) to maximize territory share through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion. You will drive activations by developing a strategic sales plan across containers and modular structures while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, pursuing project opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver turnkey space solutions.

Qualifications

• High-volume, transactional sales and leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets.
• Approximately 40% outbound prospecting, 30% inbound conversion, rest account development.
• Identify potential customers and market segments for business development.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads to sales.
• Negotiate terms and prepare quotes; ensure seamless order processing.
