Job summary

Truist is seeking a Structured Lending Advisor to partner with Wealth Advisors, designing customized, high-value credit strategies for UHNW clients. The role covers deal lifecycle management from proposal through closing, ensuring profitability and adherence to risk appetite.

Ideal candidates have a business degree, strong credit analysis skills, and a track record of servicing sophisticated wealth clients within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate financial statements and structure complex credits as part of a client’s wealth plan.
• Familiarity with complex client entities and wealth lending products.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate deal lifecycle from proposal to loan closing.
• Serve as primary contact for Wealth Advisors and deal fulfillment partners.
• Structure customized loan facilities within credit risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Develop credit solutions for UHNW clients and high-value opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit portfolio, risk, and legal teams to ensure timely delivery.
