Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Structured Lending Advisor to partner with Wealth Advisors and deliver customized credit strategies for UHNW clients. The role focuses on structuring highly complex loan facilities and managing a sophisticated deal pipeline to drive portfolio growth and profitability.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in lending advisory, strong client relationships, and deep knowledge of credit risk policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• Five years of Lending Advisor experience.
• Experience evaluating financial statements to structure complex credits.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the deal life cycle from proposal to closing.
• Serve as first point of contact for Wealth Advisors and deal fulfillment partners.
• Draft deal screening memos for early deal discussions.
• Build relationships within the advisor team to deliver loan solutions.
• Structure customized, complex loan structures within credit policies.
• Drive new business and manage credit pipeline.
• Collaborate with credit portfolio and risk teams to support timely delivery.
